Insurance
I am currently in network with Aetna, BCBS and Optum Insurances (including Oscar and United).
**If you would like to use your Aetna, BCBS or Optum benefits, please contact me via email so I can verify coverage before you book your first appointment. If you book without verifying coverage, you will be responsible for my full out of pocket fee.
*If a insurance client cancels after 24 hours or no shows to an appointment, they will be charged the full private pay fee which cannot be billed to insurance. It is required to be paid out of pocket by the client. Full fees are listed above under 50 minute or 90 minute sessions.*
Private Pay
I also accept private pay for clients who prefer not to use their insurance benefits.
My clients enjoy the confidentiality and freedom offered by this arrangement as it allows the therapy process to progress without required session limits, sharing of diagnoses, and disclosures of personal information required by insurance companies for services.
If you are interested in exploring possible out of network benefits with your insurance provider, I am happy to provide documentation in the form of a superbill for potential reimbursement.
**If you feel we are a good potential fit and are currently unable to afford my fee, please contact me to discuss the potential of a reduced rate. I believe in making therapy accessible as much as I am able to and also have a trusted network of colleagues who may be able to help as well.**
Secure Account Management
Once we confirm your first appointment, you will receive access to my online client portal. This portal will allow you to create a private login, access billing statements, and update payment information.
Sessions
- 50-minute individual session: $160
- 90-minute individual session: $260 (Most useful when 50 mins doesn't seem like enough time. Requires direct planning with me to make sure you get the best time slot).
- 50-minute parent or family session (2 or more clients are present): $200
- 90-minute parent or family session (2 or more clients are present): $300
Policies
- Cancellation/reschedule with at least 24-hours advance notice: No charge
- Late cancellation: Full private pay fee charged
* Late: Less than 24-hours notice before the start of scheduled session - No-show: full private pay fee charged
- Insurance No Show/Late Cancellation: Full private pay fee charged (paid out of pocket - can not be charged to insurance)
- Insurance Plans: Verify coverage before booking appointments. Not all plans are covered (i.e. BCBS HMO plans are not covered). You will be responsible for private pay fee if you book without having your coverage verified first.
